Job Description:

Pay is $75,000 or more based on experience. Shift: 2nd or 3rd RESPONSIBILITIES: Exhibit great safety measures Keep work and surrounding areas clean Exceed client quality and service standards Pay close attention to the smallest of details. Maintain awareness of new operating procedures and production processes Establish and support responsible operating processes Ensure the environment is protected to the greatest extent Reduce equipment downtime and increase productivity Direct, organize, and manage 2nd shift activities for the Maintenance department. Develop and maintain a comprehensive machinery maintenance program Ascertain the quality of repairs, the timing of repairs, the diagnosis of equipment faults. Ensure availability of materials and/or parts needed to make repairs. Collaborate closely with production control and manufacturing divisions to plan maintenance and repairs at the right periods. Plan, arrange, and assign work to maintenance supervisors based on skill sets. Observe shift operations and offer advice on correct maintenance and manufacturing techniques. Provide an adequate work force to satisfy short and long-term objectives. Select and train employees in foundry operations. Evaluate employee performance and provide guidance/coaching Maintain adherence to Company policies, work standards, and regulations Maintain a safe working environment. Maintain awareness of new or improved operating procedures, production processes, or equipment Qualifications: Make sure you have the right tools for the job. To ensure an efficient operation, communicate suggestions and provide solutions to challenges. Positive attitude and work as part of a team. Other duties as assigned. A high school diploma is required. Apprenticeship or an associate's degree in a similar field, or an equivalent Supervisory experience of five to seven years Supervise a wide range of journey work. Create novel approaches. Communication abilities that are strong Reading in Print You should be proficient in: PLC Troubleshooting Skills Creating Preventive Maintenance Plans Electrical Troubleshooting Skills PLC Programming Experience Machine Safety Inspections Troubleshooting CNC Machines Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
