We are looking for an Estimator with 3 to 5 years of experience who enjoys doing conceptual estimating and take-offs for ground up commercial building construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M+. Previous experience with a general contractor or construction management company preferred. Position Responsibilities

• Ability to work with our customers and architect/engineer/subcontract partners in a diligent and collaborative manner
• Bid document preparation and subcontractor buyout in an expeditious and thorough manner
• The ideal candidate has the ability to solve problems with limited direction
• Ability to bring tasks to completion in a timely manner
• Conceptual estimating ability is a requirement of this position
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and multi-task
• Ability to lead project meetings and assist and/or fill in for other Estimators with all functions
• Ability to communicate directly with Vendors/Subcontractors/Architects/Engineers
  Minimum Qualifications
  • A degree in Construction Management or Construction/Civil Engineering/Architecture strongly preferred
  • Three to Five years of experience in conceptual estimating and doing take-offs for commercial building construction projects
  • Experienced and confident in the following technology platforms: On-Screen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, Smart Bid, Excel
