Spotlight Call 2/2/22 Notes:
--- Daily tasks involve review orders for signs, packing them into boxes, taping, then printing shipping labels and carrying (25lb box) to a pallet.
--- Must be able to navigate a computer
--- Strong attention to detail. No experience required.
--- Assignment may extend past May slightly, but if they perform well, they can possibly transfer over to the Production team (at the same site).

--- Requested Pay Rate - 19.50
--- Weekly Schedule (how many hours/days): 40, no OT
--- Shift: 1st shift: 7:30am - 4pm w/ 2-15 mins breaks.

Dependable / attendance is required
--- High School Diploma and knowledge of Computer basics
Located in the Sales Office and Warehouses
Interview will take place in the Sales Office
--- Interview required? Yes, Onsite (very quick for intro and tour)
--- Resume required? No, but can be submitted also.
--- High School diploma or GED required.

Length of assignment will depend on volume of work. Could be extended or finish early.
Reads field sign orders, pick and pull field signs & sign posts to fulfill order. Box items and preps for shipping.
Loads and unloads materials onto or from trucks & shelves by hand. Restock inventory as needed.
Lifting requirements: maximum of 25 pounds. May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks / create shipping labels.
