Regional Sales RepresentativeFull-TimeIf you offer experience in
sales, with background in healthcare selling into state or local
government agencies, you may have interest in this Regional Sales
Representative. Your territory will be the State of Indiana. In
this role you will manage current accounts and develop new business
relationships. This is a base salary plus commission job position
that offers full benefits, and 401K, day one of employment. You
will report to the Director of Sales. Your product is Oral Fluid
Drug Testing. You will work remotely in the State of Indiana.Why be

a Regional Sales Representative?
- Foster, develop, and grow strong business relationships with
prospective and existing state and regional customers
- Assist in branding and building awareness of product
offering
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of and ability to
communicate the differences between Oral Fluid (OF) and Urine Drug
Testing and their effectiveness, within the first 30 days
- Work with Director of Sales to improve and execute the customer
sales training program increasing effectiveness and success of the
Sales Team members within six months
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of 10 prospect accounts,
including monthly Top 10 Prospect Review with Director of Sales
within 60 days
- Consistently meet or exceed defined revenue goals for the
territoryWhat skills and experience do you need as a Regional Sales
Representative?
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other
- Five (5) years of proven sales success
- Proven experience building and maintaining positive customer
relationships
- Experience selling to state and local governments
(preferred)
- Past success managing sales to state and regional customers to
meet or exceed revenue goals and sample volume
- Ability to manage strategic and tactical sales
