Job Overview

As the Front Desk , you will:

Possess the ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This will involve listening to the nature of concern, demonstrate empathy with the customer, anticipating guest needs, and creating positive and memorable guest experiences.

The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. They will use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions. This individual will also promptly answer phone calls, take reservations, complete the registration process, and applicable charges and payments.

Guest Service Agent will be responsible for completing required shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end of shift cash closing procedures. This will also include creating guest reservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.

*Shifts: Open availability, Full Time and Part-Time (16-24 hours weekly)*
