UniFirst Corporation is seeking a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Cincinnati team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and following up on potential leads. The Outside Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. Generate sales through new and existing clients in the Cincinnati area. Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meet regularly with customers to assess their satisfaction and ongoing contracts. Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales service. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create and deliver client-focused solutions. Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or similar is preferred.
