Compensation: $112,500 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, and property owners to facilitate successful transactions. Analyze market trends and property data to provide clients with informed advice and strategic recommendations. Negotiate and close commercial real estate deals, ensuring all parties are satisfied and objectives are met. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices for continuous improvement. Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients and properties to support consistent business growth. Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the value and potential of commercial spaces. Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to clients, highlighting key opportunities and benefits of transactions. Qualifications: Experience in commercial real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a solid understanding of market dynamics. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing commercial real estate deals. Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and property data, providing clients with strategic insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively present proposals and reports. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, sharing insights and strategies for mutual success. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to creating and managing a pipeline of potential clients and properties.
