What You’ll Do: Greet customers like a pro, understand their needs,
and guide them through the vehicle buying journey Explain features,
offer test drives, and help customers find the perfect fit — no
pressure, just great service Present financing options, trade-in
values, and close deals with confidence and professionalism Stay
sharp on vehicle models, trims, and features with ongoing training
(we invest in you) Handle paperwork accurately and ensure every
deal is clean, compliant, and customer-approve Build long-term
relationships with your customers — they’ll come back to you
because you earned their trust Collaborate with finance, service,
and fellow sales team members to give every customer a seamless
experience Hit (and exceed!) your sales goals — with support,
mentorship, and room to grow What You Bring: A passion for people,
cars, and closing the deal Confidence, curiosity, and the ability
to connect with just about anyone Solid communication, negotiation,
and time management skills A customer-first mindset with a
positive, professional attitude Comfortable using CRM tools and
willing to work evenings & weekends Required - Must have a valid
