motivated Associate Level Biologist with a diversified background
in cell culture and in vitro biology to join our discovery research
team within Biotherapeutic Enabling Biology in Biotechnology
Discovery Research at Lilly Research Labs, Indianapolis, Indiana.
The successful candidate will join an interactive, collaborative,
and innovative scientific team to discover and advance large
molecule drugs to combat diseases in the diabetes, auto-immune
diseases, oncology, neurodegenerative and beyond. We are looking

profound way! Some responsibilities and functions include:
Developing ad performing in vitro cell-based assays Flow cytometry
or imaging based characterization of molecules Evaluate therapeutic
antibodies and proteins Evaluate antibody and siRNA conjugations,
antibody and peptide conjugations in relevant biological systems
Responsible for prompt delivery & documentation of assay data
Minimum Qualification Requirements: B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry,
Molecular/Cell Biology or related subject area with research
experience Additional Preferences: Two or more years of research
experience preferred Experience in neuronal culturing, ex vivo
brain slice, neurophysiology and/or murine model of neuronal
biology Capable of balancing multiple tasks at once while
delivering the highest standard of quality data. Positive
relationship skills; able to foster an environment for learning and
open communication. Strong team collaboration skills. Ability to
identify and implement operational and organizational improvements
Analytical/Problem-Solving skills Animal tissue dissection RNA
purification, qPCR and siRNA in vitro testing ELISAs and luciferase

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $63,000 -
$140,800 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit
