medical strategy key products, including all Clinical Care Gap work
to ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based scientific
content that supports healthcare professionals, payers and
consumers. This role is pivotal in shaping innovation readiness,
clinical care gaps and product knowledge gaps across the world by
driving scientific engagement and maintaining and building clear
governance boundaries between medical education and promotional
activities to uphold compliance and organizational integrity. Key
Responsibilities: Product • Global Product Strategy: Accountable to
the global medical strategy to identify, and close clinical care
gaps for a given product including HCP Education and other key
initiatives• Content Development & Governance: Oversee creation of
scientifically rigorous educational materials, ensuring clear
separation from marketing content to mitigate compliance risk and
maintain scientific integrity.• Affiliate Engagement: Partner with
affiliates to adapt global medical programs to local needs while
preserving consistency and compliance.• Cross-Functional
Collaboration: Work closely with Product Leaders, Medical Affairs,
and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategy while
respecting boundaries between scientific and promotional content.•
Thought Leader & Congress Engagement: Drive participation in global
and regional congresses, support disclosures build content
necessary for the strategy to execution team People: • Team
Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor teams focused on
disease state education across relevant disease state, fostering a
culture of scientific excellence and compliance. Performance •
Performance Oversight: Establish KPIs for education programs,
monitor execution, and adapt strategies to maximize impact in
closing clinical care and / or product knowledge gaps.
Qualifications: •Advanced degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life
Sciences, or related field.•8 years of experience in medical
education, scientific communications, or medical affairs.
Preferences: •Strong understanding of compliance principles and
governance in medical content development. Skills & Competencies:
•Expertise in scientific rigor and evidence-based content
development .•Ability to build strong organization approach to
mitigate compliance risk.•Demonstrated agility and learning
agility•Desire to coach, lead and develop talent both within
function and across functions•Proactive program management, leading
and understanding external environment.•Effective collaboration
with medical, marketing, and brand leadership teams.•Advanced
presentation and educational delivery skills.•Stakeholder
engagement experience (congresses, thought leaders, scientific

on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic
location. The anticipated wage for this position is $243,000 -
$356,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a
company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual
performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit

eligibility for medical, dental, vision and prescription drug
