Degree Required: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy License Required: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT Experience/Skills Experience in infant and early childhood mental health, early intervention, or related service provision Strong leadership and supervisory skills Strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, outcome tracking, and grant reporting Make a lasting impact on the mental health of infants, young children, and families across Southern Ohio. The Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) Coordinator provides strategic, clinical, and administrative leadership for a multi-funded ECMH program serving children from birth to age five and their caregivers. This role ensures high-quality, compliant, and effective delivery of prevention, consultation, and therapeutic services while supporting and guiding a multidisciplinary team. This position is 75% office-based and 25% community-based, offering a balance of leadership, collaboration, and direct service.
