Job Title/Type: CHILD WELFARE CASE MANAGER I & II is a W2 position Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $38,480.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $38,480.00-$52,910.00, in which the amount is based on full-time hours worked plus overtime. Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $41,600.00 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $41,600.00-$57,200.00, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime. *_ Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field. CHILD WELFARE CASE MANAGER II Educational Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in non-human services field Job Title/Type: CASE AIDE I (Child Welfare) is a W2 position Rate of Pay: First active 90 days (probationary period) is $36.004.80 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $36,920.00-$49,505.80, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime. Rate of Pay: After active 90 days (post-probationary period) is $38,001.60 for Full time hours worked. The pay range is $38,001.60 -$52,252.20, in which the amount is based on Full-time hours worked plus overtime. Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED/Associate 's Level Job Description includes but not limited to: Home visits Participation in DCS Case planning Supervised visitation Coordination of services Conflict management Emergency/crisis services Child development education Domestic violence education Parenting education/training Family communication Facilitate transportation Facilitate support groups Participation in Child and Family Team meetings Family reunification/preservation Reactive Attachment Disorder (RAD) support Foster family support Advocacy Family assessment Community referrals and follow-up Develop structure/time management Behavior modification Budgeting/money management Meal planning/preparation Parent training with children present Monitor Progress of Parenting Skills Community Services Information Develop Long and Short-Term Goals Tutoring* Father's Engagement Services* Truancy Termination Classes Mentoring Independent Living Skills Transport clients (goal-oriented) High School Credit Recovery Participation in Court Hearings Document client Progress Notes and Reports in the company database Consistent Communication with Referring Sources *Services performed is based on credentials and experience The ideal candidate will work in the following counties: Tippecanoe County and surrounding counties. Administrators will schedule clients based upon the needs of the clients. Clients will be seen in the community, an agency facility or in the client's home. Worker will use their personal vehicle to transport clients, if company vehicles(s) aren't available. Worker will travel at 60 miles in any direction or longer if needed. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Sociology, or Social Work b) Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work; OR c) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a directly related human services field. General Requirements: Must pass all background checks which includes: National FBI Check; National Sex Offender; Child Protective Services Check; Local Background Checks Must pass all drug screens Must have a valid Driver's License Must have a reliable vehicle with the ability to use private car to transport self and others. Must be able to work weekends Must be able to have a flexible schedule The Employee is responsible for obtaining Automobile insurance coverage($100,000/$300,000).
