Services is currently recruiting for our client in the Indianapolis
area for a hands-on Inventory Control Specialist position. About
the Role Attitude is everything! We’re looking for Inventory
Control superstars to join a dynamic warehouse team supporting a
company that designs, builds, and installs trade show exhibits and
permanent display installations. This is an active, team-driven
position—not an office job. You’ll be responsible for shipping,
receiving, inspecting, prepping, and maintaining accurate inventory
of client assets while working closely with Account Management to
track project build readiness, outbound shipments, and return
inspections. Key Responsibilities Ship, receive, inspect, prep, and
maintain accurate inventory of client assets Coordinate with
account management and installation teams for project builds,
outbound shipments, and return inspections Inspect inbound
shipments for defects, missing parts, or inconsistencies; document
and send damaged parts for repair Follow procedures for outbound
shipments to ensure completeness, accuracy, and safe packing
Maintain detailed records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
and Microsoft Office tools Operate electric and hand tools safely;
climb ladders (up to 16 feet) when required Participate in process
improvement efforts and maintain clean, organized work areas Work
collaboratively across departments to meet deadlines and quality
expectations Qualifications Associate’s Degree or 2–5 years of
relevant warehouse or inventory experience Experience with
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Proficiency in Microsoft
Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word Strong problem-solving and
critical-thinking skills under tight deadlines Detail-oriented with
strong quality inspection skills Ability to use hand and power
tools and climb ladders safely Able to lift up to 40 lbs
individually and team-lift up to 80 lbs Reliable, hardworking, and
committed to teamwork and continuous improvement Must be willing to
